Child Advocacy

Jessica Gordon represents children in Juvenile Dependency Hearings.  When a child is abused, neglected or abandoned by their own parents, the suffering the child endures is almost unimaginable.  When the child is taken away from his or her parents due to this abuse or neglect, legal decisions must be made about the child’s future and what legal steps will be in the child’s best interest.  Jessica Gordon is an experienced child advocate and will represent the child as directed attorney or is available to act as guardian-ad-litem to help the court deduce what is in the best interest of the child.
